incuto is supporting the launch of an independent User Group for credit unions and community banks using its technology. The industry-wide forum will be chaired by Lauren Langton, CEO, Northumberland Community Bank (NCB), and is designed to enable participating individuals to discuss challenges, with the additional benefit of sharing the same digital platform.
Although incuto will be facilitating this new User Group for the sector, it is intended to be independent and impartial, with topics and discussion points decided by and for its participants. It will provide a safe and confidential space for incuto users to share ideas, discuss challenges and learn from peers across the credit union sector. Guiding principles will include:
The User Group will mirror the industry ethos of ‘People Helping People’. We believe there is mutual benefit in coming together and supporting each other to find solutions
It will be kept separate from conversations with the incuto team, with the aim of facilitating shared learning on how to get the best out of technology and meet credit unions’ own goals and targets
Lauren Langton has been engaged to build this new collaboration of incuto users with a view to helping participating credit unions get the most from their technology, as well as play a role in shaping new developments in the future. With first-hand experience of using incuto as CEO of NCB, Lauren will play a critical role in ensuring feedback so incuto’s technology and channels are aligned to the needs of the sector.
Lauren comments: “I’m really excited to be kicking off this new credit union and community bank-focused group which will give us all a brilliant opportunity to support one other. I’m working with incuto to launch the Group as I believe there is a lot to be gained from discussions with organisations who are using the same tools and technology. I believe this new User Group, where most of the participants will be incuto users, will make for a rich and productive way of getting the most out of opportunities in 2021 and beyond.”
incuto CEO Andrew Rabbitt says: “At incuto, our mission has always been to develop technology and form the right strategic partnerships to open up as many channels as possible to credit unions and community banks. We are supporting the launch of this User Group because we believe our users should have a stake in the technology they use, and in shaping new developments with their Members in mind. I’m really excited to see this initiative get underway and delighted that incuto can continue to support innovation in the sector.”
The User Group kicks off in February with its pilot meeting. Please email Lauren Langton at: usergroup@ncbank.co.uk to find out more.
