Another year, another lockdown - but it’s business as usual at incuto

A very Happy New Year from the incuto team! As we all know, 2021 has started with yet another national lockdown so let me begin by saying I hope that you and your families are safe and well. These are extremely challenging times for all of us, albeit we now have a national vaccine rollout which is providing hope for the year ahead.

incuto will continue to support you, our Credit Union partners, in every way that we can. During 2020, we invested in our partnerships and expanded our team to ensure we continue to deliver high levels of service to you, your teams and your Members. It is our mission to ensure that Credit Unions not just survive the Covid-19 crisis, but emerge in an even stronger position with the technology in place to attract new Members, reduce costs and dramatically grow your business.

Here’s how we are continuing to support Credit Union partners during lockdown: 

·       Free emails– during the first Covid lockdown we made all emails sent via our Buzz communications platform completely free to users. We know staying in touch with your Members is more important than ever so this will continue to be available to our partners free of charge. Please contact us if you need any help with setting up email templates, groups or automated messages.

·       Remote onboarding – working remotely and digitally is part of incuto’s DNA so we can support our Credit Union partners as they enable secure remote working. Our team can quickly get you connected via a VPN so get in touch if you need support.  

·       Free assistance with child benefit references – payment references are changing for child benefit payments. We will help generate the new references for you completely free of charge.

·       Support –as you would expect, all meetings and support delivered to our partners will be done remotely via telephone, email, instant messaging, video conferencing and screen sharing. We are committed to keeping teams safe and preventing unnecessary travel and personal contact.

·       Market-leading services for your Members – throughout 2020, we continued our obsession with how we could improve the range of services your Members had access to via incuto. We believe services like Faster Payments, Open Banking, the Post Office banking framework and CreditView are opening up new opportunities to Credit Unions and supporting their Members.

Having worked with many of you during 2020, and seen the outstanding response of Credit Unions since the pandemic began, we feel extremely proud be making a contribution to supporting your Members. Now more than ever, people need financial support and education, and Credit Unions have continued to provide this to their communities in the most difficult circumstances.
