Meetings: we will hold virtual meetings, rather than face-to-face, to avoid unnecessary travel and personal contact
On-boarding: we are on-boarding new customers remotely, without the need for an on-site visit
Support: we will be providing additional support channels, including telephone, email, instant messaging, video calling and screen-sharing
Development: our development team will continue to work to develop and support the platform, with segregated duties to ensure that there is always appropriate cover
